Shipping Policy

Delivery is R100 throughout South Africa and pick up in store free. We do not ship outside of South Africa for the time being.


  • To cancel an order prior to shipment: Please contact Customer Service to cancel your order prior to shipment. We are unable to makes changes or cancel your order once it has been shipped.
  • Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 48 hours for our warehouse to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number upon shipment.
  • We are unable to hold items for a later purchase date.
  • We are only able to accept one credit card as payment for each order.
  • Card payments: We accept Visa® and MasterCard®.

Delivery Policy

Should we have your order in stock, delivery time will range between 3-5 working days.

Alternatively, should we have to order your stock from our suppliers, delivery time will range between 8-12 working days.
